The EZ Quote prices are given based upon an accurate representation of the property in terms of size and that the property’s condition is in good repair. The lawn shall be in a condition that allows for mowing and grass in excess of 6” in length may be subject to additional charges. These charges will be quoted to the homeowner prior to services being completed. If a crew is sent to the property and cannot complete service due to a misrepresentation of the condition or size of the property, a “property visit fee” of $35 will be charged to the credit/debit card you used today. You will then be quoted a price which represents the properties current condition. If, prior to signing up, you request a site visit quote, that will be done free of charge.
I agree to allow Mason Landscaping to charge my credit/debit card monthly for a period of 12 consecutive months beginning today. You, the customer, may cancel this agreement with 7 days written notice. Written notice will include postal mail letter, e-mail, or text message. Written communication must include your name, address, and phone number. At the time of cancelation, your account will be reviewed to determine services rendered. Any monies owed will be refunded to the customer or charged to the customer’s credit/debit card and a statement of the account will be mailed. If you cancel prior to the end of the 12 month term, a $50 cancelation fee will be charged. If a refund is due to the customer, it will be issued within 30 days of cancelation and paid by check from Mason Landscaping.
Services Billed monthly are based on the package selected and descriptions of services are below. Other services that the customer may elect, such as, shrub trimming, mulching, aeration, dethatching, seeding etc. will be billed to the customer at time of service and is due upon receipt. Payment for these services can be made by check or through the E-Z Quote payment system.
Renewal:
At the end of the 12 month term, services will auto renew for the same term length at the same price. At the end of the second term of 12 months you will be required to sign up again through E-Z Quote.
Description of Services:
One time cut:
If you elect one time cut, a representative from Mason Landscaping will contact you to set a date for service, weather permitting.
Mowing:
Beginning early in April (weather based), Mason Landscaping will come weekly to mow the lawn area, trim edges around objects, patios, driveways and sidewalks and use power blowers to clean grass and debris from patios, driveways and sidewalks. Weekly mowing will occur, as necessary, until November when the growth slows or we change over the fall cleanup (weather based). Service will conclude for the season or continue based upon the package selected.
Fertilizing:
Mason Landscaping will provide 6 treatments throughout the growing season
March – December. All services are scheduled around weather conditions.
Late March – Pre-emergent treatment 1
Early May – Pre-emergent treatment 2
May – Broadleaf weed treatment
June or Early July – Insect/Grub treatment
September – Broadleaf weed treatment
November or December – Dormant feeding winterize
Clean-ups:
Spring cleanup includes – Cleaning the yard and beds of branches, leaves and sticks. The lawn area will be prepared to mow. We will blow off all sidewalks, driveways and patios/decks.
Fall cleanup includes – Cleaning the yard and beds of leaves and sticks. We will curb leaves where municipalities have pickup or dispose where that service is not offered. We will cut down seasonal grasses and perennials. There would be 2-3 visits for this service concluding by the second to third week in December.
